No connection after around 2h

Hello,
AI on the edge worked well for days but the last 2 days I can not connect to the ESP cam. I need to power off and on and then its working for around 2h and then it crashes again. Also the connection to home assistant get interrupted.
Does anyone have an idea whats the issue is?

Which version do you use, how do you supply the ESP32 with power, what is the temperature of the ESP, how good is your WiFi signal (RSSI) and what does the log say?

True. Sorry.
I use a power supply with 2.1 A, version is the newest, I updated the ESP last week. Temperature is mostly around 66°C what I think is slightly too high? Wifi is excellent - the AP is around 2m away without a wall between. I've got no errors on the logs so far.

Please set the log to "DEBUG" to get more information. and then post it here.
66°C doesn't necessarily have to be high, with some ESPs the temperature sensor is not really reliable and some display over 80°C.
Have you checked to see if the ESP might be in access point mode when he is no longer available?
You wrote "I updated the ESP last week", did you previously have another version that ran without problems?

OK, I've set it up to "DEBUG" now an will wait until it crashes again. The first couple days it worked well and suddenly stop doing so. I didn't change anything so no updates or anything else.

Have you tried it with another SD card? It may not be able to tolerate the temperature, after all it gets the heat from the ESP, the camera and the flash LED.

So is there anything wrong on the logs?

Apparently the ESP crashes when evaluating the ROIs or rather after loading the model, either your model is damaged or your SD card has problems reading it after a while. You could try to completely delete the SD on a PC or possibly format it and put all the files you need back on it or try another SD.

OK, I think Ill get a new SD card tomorrow. So should I start from the beginning or can I use a backup?

I would take all files new and only the personalized(config.ini, wlan.ini) files from the backup.
