Not able to view Webinterface after initial setup

I bought a compatible esp32-cam board. Flashed it with the webinstaller, loaded all data to the sd card. But i´m not able to open the webinterface. I tried already different sd cards and the console does look ok for me. Any idea or hints where i can look?

I considered all those points linked in the thread, but still not able to start the inital configuration. i see on my network that the device is online but when i call the ip in the browser it gets timed out.
Is there a way to increase loglevel on the console?

You can edit/change the config.ini on the PC with a text editor.

Increasing the loglevel to 4 does not change the output.
When i set the setupmode to false i get following output at the end. The webinterface is still not callable.

maybe something is blocking the page because it is only http and not https, or redirects from http to https

I tried a lot out and found a solution but im not able to explain why. On my Macbook im not able to reach the webinterface. On a second windows 11 pc i´m able to use the webinterface as expected. Normaly i have my network under control and know what is happening but this is something i´m not able to explain.
