QuickJump - numpad keys don't work for jumping

I have a keyboard with a numpad. If I use the regular number keys on the main section of the keyboard, QuickJump works as expected. But if I start typing in QuickJump and use one of the numpad number keys to jump it doesn't work - the number is typed into the QuickJump popup.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.10.1 with an Apple keyboard.
