QuickText is an awesome tool that I often use in my workflow.
My issue is I also manage templates for a few colleagues. Trouble is, everytime I want to update their set of templates, I have to export mine, then delete unnecessary things, export such set for 1 person, delete all the groups, import my set of templates, do this again for other and other person.
My proposed solution:
Allow to tag the groups for multiple people/purposes. Such as group "Thank you letters" may be tagged for "Mark" and "Kevin".
Then each tag has its own export path such as C:\mark-file.xml and C:\kevin-file.xml
This way I would be able to use all my groups, but mark a few specific for Mark and a different set for Kevin. That would save a lot of time in managing those groups.
