Found a bug?

If you have found a bug, there is a chance that it has already been fixed. So before reporting your bug, I kindly ask you to update TbSync to the latest release (or the latest beta, if there is one).

Updating TbSync is very easy: Go to "TbSync Account Manager -> Help" and click on the latest version number (2nd blue link in below screenshot) to launch the update process. Please also update your Thunderbird to the latest standard release.

If you can still reproduce the bug, please do the following to report it:

  1. enable the debug logging temporally in "TbSync Account Manager -> Help":

  1. reproduce the bug and describe your issue

  2. Go to "TbSync Account Manager -> Help" and click on the icon next to the last line to send me the bug report via email:
