Release a version

The latest download on your web page is for version "4.999.9beta.20091201git" which is over 5 years old. There have been commits to your repository since then. Could you work on finalizing whatever work you have going on in the repository, and assign a version number, and release it, by tagging it in git, and perhaps also uploading a "release" tarball to github? Thanks.

My homebrew issue won't be fixed until a new version is released.
This consists of pushing a tag to github.

+1, it would be great to be able to update the Homebrew package so users would get the manpage and we could remove a patch.
