[Redesign] Long Loading Times on other List Views after accessing large Genre View

When I access a Genre View with a lot of tracks/albums in it, it loads for quite a while (see #1026).
But when I exit the view early because I don't want to wait, and then I refresh any of the main tabs list views, they do load forever as well.

My guess is that the loading of the (large) genre view is not stopped properly when leaving the view and the subsequent loading of another list is queued and does not take place until the loading of the genre view has finished in the background.
