Is FastMCP no longer following semantic versioning?

I just noticed 2.13.0.1 being released. This doesn't make sense in the context of the semver 2 spec and as such lots of tooling has no clue what this means. The docs explicitly say it's using semantic versionin here.

I'd suggest amending the 2.13.0.1 release with a 2.13.1 release to get back on track.

2.13.0.1 and 2.13.0.2 are critical patches to 2.13.0 that break linear history for 2.13.1. We will resume 2.13.1 as our next release shortly. In the future we will avoid 4 numbers.
