Forcing jj to push to a remote

hi! whenever i change a remote (eg. jj git remote set-url origin <new-url>),
if it's not at the exact same state as the previous origin then
jj insists that "Nothing Changed", and doesn't allow me to push anyways.

due to this, i have to create a new remote, push to it, delete it, and then finally set the url of the origin i wanted to use.

is there any way to tell jj "i know it looks like nothing's changed, i want to push anyways"?

Does it work if you jj git fetch after changing the remote URL?

When you fetch, I expect all the @origin remote bookmarks to move to wherever they are on the new remote. Then jj knows that foo and foo@origin aren't in the same place and will push it.
