Bug in the output of jj gerrit upload --dry-run?

I am confused by what I am seeing here and seeking clarification. I have added 2 commits on top of a remote bookmark:

$ jj log
@  nwskqywz 84ff7ff6

I am confused why gerrit upload seems to report that it will only push one of these changes:

$ jj gerrit upload -r 'u..k' -b main --dry-run

Found 1 heads to push to Gerrit (remote 'origin'), target branch 'main'

Dry-run: Would push kywpyuyy 54cd82db commit message baz

Using the same revset with show does show both:

$ jj show -r 'u..k'
Error: Revset `u..k` resolved to more than one revision
Hint: The revset `u..k` resolved to these revisions:
  kywpyuyy 54cd82d8 commit message baz
  pxzmoymr 2e0fc7ed commit message bar

show is unhappy with that, but I expect gerrit upload to accept it based on this line from --help:

Note: this command takes 1-or-more revsets arguments, each of which can resolve to multiple revisions; so you may post trees or ranges of commits to Gerrit for review all at once

And when I run jj gerrit upload -r 'u..k' -b main it does upload 2 CRs. Is this a reporting error in jj gerrit upload --dry-run, or am I misunderstanding something?
