Add _ as alias for @?

• No problems in windows powershell
• Doesn't trigger autocomplete in tools like gemini-cli that use @ to mean "attach a file"
• @- is very common and i think _- is easier to type

I don't think this will actually end up in jj!official but I have it in my config now

I'm not sure whether it's in the official config or just in the Windows docs, but I thought at is a pretty good alias for @.

It's basically another variant of @jennings at for Windows which Austin tried to standardize in #4432
