Deep Reinforcement Learning for Solving the Heterogeneous Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem

Attention based model for learning to solve the Heterogeneous Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (HCVRP) with both min-max and min-sum objective. Training with REINFORCE with greedy rollout baseline.
