can't download the release package

I can't download the release package from http://slate.ninjamonkeysoftware.com/Slate.dmg. I'm from China, mainland. I'm not sure if it's because of the GFW. But even I used proxy, it still doesn't work.

Where else could i download the package?

Finally, we have the .dmg here : https://github.com/jigish/slate/blob/master/build/Release/Slate.dmg, which partially solve this
