Slate not working on Big Sur

Hey all, I'm hoping someone has a solution to this. After upgrading to Big Sur I get prompted every time slate launches to enable "Access for assistive devices". I have this option enabled through privacy settings and have unchecked and rechecked the box to no avail. Anything else to be done about this?

I also encountered this problem.
The problem still exits after I restarted Slate.app.

So I try to remove the Slate.app from setting list under the "Preferences" > "Security && Privacy" > "Accessibility".
Then restart the Slate.app again. And check the Slate.app's permission again.

Then it works！

I think I tried this but I've moved over to rectangle for now which satisfies my needs.

following up on @fonoisrev's comment, to be clear:

• Navigate to Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility
• Click the lock
• Remove slate from the options by selecting Slate, and hitting the minus button
• Hit the plus button and add Slate back in, it should be checked
• Relaunch slate
