Arc size property not available for chevron shape

I would like to be able to set the arc size property for the chevron shape when rounded as is possible for other shapes (see screenshot).

It doesn't appear in the property editor/table, but as a workaround, you can right-click the shape, pick "Edit Style..." from the right-click menu, and then add or change the arcSize property. For example, add arcSize=35;.
