Apollo support

Is possible to add Apollo library support ?
If add chuck to interceptors, Apollo broken parse.

@Ashok-Varma @jgilfelt No I am using chuck along with apollo but calls are not getting recorded. Previously when we were using simple rest apis it used to work fine.

This library is no longer maintained and I'm taking care of a fork of it: https://github.com/chuckerTeam/chucker

I'd love to add Apollo support to it.
