0.15 branch on windows cannot serve any http requests.

I downloaded and built 0.15 branch with 0.15.2, with the cli tool I initialized a clean demo project with jetzig init. The project builds and runs but it does not server any pages.

The problem appears to be in httpz, but I cannot tell for sure.

Opening the site in a browser gave far too much noise, this log was produced with a simple curl http://127.0.0.1:8080/

building the exact same project from wsl and running it from wsl (ubuntu) works just fine.

There's an issue I'm trying to work out. I fixed one issue and something else broke somewhere, but that looks very different from what I've been seeing. I'll try to run it on windows over the weekend.
