Ability to upload OSC files.

Idk if this would be possible or whatever, but pushing changes to OSM is severely limited to new users and GRM takes a day to update these changes.
You can use the online OSM editor and download OSC files instead of uploading the changes to OSM.

If we could put these OSC files directly into GRM, then we (arma players) could make more changes without limitations and without fear of damaging the OSM dataset with haphazard changes done purely for Arma maps.
