Version 1.3.0 is not released

I noticed that the version in rabbitmq.gemspec and latest git tag have both been updated to 1.3.0, but the actual gem version hasn't been pushed to RubyGems.org yet 😃

This one was actually gem yanked on purpose because installation was broken. See 30948a1.

I can do another release after #6 is resolved.
