App Doesn't Signal HDR to TV When Dolby Vision Profile 7.6 and HDR10 Fallback is Used #4894

Describe the bug
Hey, I noticed that with some movies, playback does not have "HDR" signal to my Samsung TV. It's connected via Nvidia Shield Pro 2019.
I looked inside the files, and it seems like the issue is with Dolby Vision Profile 7.6. All other movies that work correctly use Profile 8.1, and both files have HDR10 fallback.
Here are what I think the relevant lines from mediainfo, I've posted the full mediainfos down below (behind spoiler) to not make the issue unnecessarily long.

The colors do show up good, but I'm not sure if it is tonemapping or if it's actually outputting HDR. I'm assuming the Samsung TV is receiving the HDR video/metadata and tonemapping it to SDR for some reason, but I really wish there was an easy to test file that can flashbang me or something, it would be obvious then. But I couldn't find anything with that exact format profile unless I download a movie or something.
