The subtitles selected after forced transcoding cannot be burned into the transcoded video.
The transcoded video has no subtitles.
The test of transcoding subtitles on the web client is normal, and the server version is 10.10.0.

Confirming this to also be the case for me. Reverting Jellyfin (server) to version 10.9.9 brings back this functionality.

I can also confirm this, at the moment it doesn't seem possible to use subtitles when transcoding. Neither burned-in nor on-the-fly-extraction seems to be working. Subtitles still work for non-transcoded media.

This is still an issue with Jellyfin version 10.10.3
In addition to the previous issue, some files no longer play subtitles at all, even when not being force transcoded.
