Hertz and Dolby Vision wrong

Describe the bug

1. Set AppleTV to 4k SDR
2. Enable the option "match dynamic range" and "match frame rate"
3. Play a 4K HEVC Dolby Vision Profile 8.1 (HDR10) file

What happens:

• No change in frame rate
• Does not change to Dolby Vision
• Because of the frame rate misalignment, there is a black frame every few seconds.

What I expected:

• macht frame rate
• match dynamic range

What I also did:
Setting the player to native did correctly change the output to Dolby Vision.
But the file did not play and in the left down corner there was the "no symbol" symbol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_symbol#/media/File:ISO_7010_P001.svg
