Thanks page of multipage form has issues

Code is not saved to a file? Same for intro code?

$entry_id is not being set properly, at least on new saves? Looks in code in multipage_boilerplate.php like it should be set right, because higher up in formdisplaypages.php it is being set from the newly written entry ids catalogue in the global space. But it comes in as 'new' on thanks page.
