Don't Panic! (louder animation) Added

Did you ever watch "Dad's Army" and Corporal Jones would go absolutely bonkers yelling, "Don't Panic!" Well, that was inspiration to give our little, "unobtrusive" notification plugin the option to add a little more "noise" to its otherwise "British-appropriate" demure.

Pass 'dont-panic' at the end of your hattip_fire() function to give the notification a "bounce" animation as well as a slightly larger default font size.

Adding Minify Versions and Bundle Package

This release includes minified versions of hat-tip.js as well as hat-tip.css. It also includes a "bundle" file you can add to your project which will add all the CSS and HTML you need for Hat Tip for you. Just include and call hattip_fire(). Easy peasy.

First Version

A little extra testing and work included in this release, as well as a new, default "ht-info" class.

The initial release. It's super-simple and we want to keep it that way--for now.
