Side load file with script into original bin file?

so I downloaded the bin file from back up option and been playing around with it, modifying the configurations for ssh and such (kudos to jclehner for helping me). Now, I want to know if I can side load a file no bigger than 10MB with a custom made script into the bin file so when I upload the bin file back to my router it can start script from reboot.

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks everyone.

Only if you found a buffer overflow in your firmware's restore routine. Also, depending on your router, it might not even run Linux.
