Install Security Updates fails;

I keep getting this error when trying to install the security updates:

Okay I figured it out. I had to change the upstream of rabbitmq to deb https://dl.bintray.com/rabbitmq/debian xenial $component and that got it to work.

Might you or anyone else care to elaborate on where this change is made? I'm getting the same error.
