Machine Translation component "MT-Helsinki" supports Russian, Spanish, German and French

It is compatible only with QA-Interface-Component-X components (e.g. QA-Interface-Component-QAnswer-41060)

So, we can use the following pipeline, for example: MT-Helsinki, QA-Interface-Component-QAnswer-41060 and ask questions in other languages (supported by the MT component)
