Not Able to load the csv from URL in some cases

Case -1

url = 'https://archive.ics.uci.edu/static/public/165/data.csv'
dfd.readCSV(url,{header:true}).then(df=> df.print() ).catch(e=> console.error(e))

output-1

Case -2

url = 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/javascriptdata/danfojs/dev/src/danfojs-node/test/samples/titanic.csv'
dfd.readCSV(url,{header:true}).then(df=> df.print() ).catch(e=> console.error(e))

Is there any way to pass request options to read_csv , if not is there any out in general ?

or if i download the data using fetch api then is there any to do read_csv on raw text ?
