On creating a new ef migration, the migration is applied immediately. I understand this is due to the post build event generating the open api specs and the database initialization that runs on startup,
I also understand that setting the SkipNSwag env variable will skip this process.
Is this the only way to prevent this from happening, or am I creating migrations incorrectly?
I've seen similar discussions regarding this (eg. discussion), but was wondering if there has been any change since.
