idea: How-To install after 'make dev'

Problem Statement

I managed to build jan on Fedora 43 with make dev; however, I would rather not rebuild it every time to start it 😉.

Feature Idea

1. Instructions on how to build binary and install it (e.g., on /usr/local/bin).
2. Instructions on how to start up either the desktop version or the web app (with make dev both are starting; btw., they do not seem to share the configuration).
