idea: scalar should be embedded with the binary instead of using CDN

Problem Statement

Currently cortex directly uses https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@scalar/api-reference which can have security implications.

Issues that can be prevented:

• cdn.jsdelivr.net has SSL issue. jsdelivr/jsdelivr#18565 (SSL issue on jsdelivr can break cortex scalar ui)
• supply chain attacks similar to this one can infect cortex. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40791829

Feature Idea

cortex should bundle the scalar js with the binary without any external dependencies.
