Open j.cue-help.pd, fill "init" and "anotherCue" cues with different values in the Basic subpatch.
Then open Interpolation subpatch, recall "anotherCue", change ramp time for init, click [recall init(.
Nothing happens in Pd, but the Console returns :

System::stopThread() : Resource deadlock avoided
System::stopThread() : Resource deadlock avoided

this happens on :

  • Ubuntu with GNU GCC/G++ 5.2.1 (building with clang-3.7 on Ubuntu doesn't work)
  • Mac OS X with Apple LLVM 7.0.2

jamoma/JamomaCore@b53e865 doesn't solve the issue, at least on Mac OS

the warning doesn't appear in the Pd's console, but in terminal.
And yes there are still there with jamoma/JamomaCore@b53e865
