Also https://github.com/siuying/cantonese-syllables/tree/master/data sounds good (the repo is in Ruby though)
https://github.com/910JQK/add-jyutping/blob/master/data.json is more in python, but I don't really trust how they use JSON (something similar is with https://github.com/fayland/lingua-han-cantonese/blob/master/lib/cantonese.json in JS)
https://github.com/ethankong113/lemonteainput/tree/master/dictionary (JS) is even worse, but at least they used real chinese characters
https://github.com/smilechun/cantonese2pinyin/tree/master/dict (JS)
