Steps to reproduce the bug

Browse internet (mobile data) with FREE-Browser (org.woheller69.browser) on Moto G54 with Android 14
Data usage is attributed to whoBIRD (org.woheller69.whobird) which has not been used at all. FREE-Browser is not even shown in the list.

Expected behavior

Data usage should be attributed to FREE-Browser.
org.woheller69.browser

Actual behavior

Data usage should be attributed to the app consuming the data.

  • Did you notice this behaviour with any other apps?
  • Could you try clearing the app data and see if that changes anything?

after clearing app data the attribution is correct now.
Any idea how this can happen?

Could be a bug that happened during the indexing of installed applications which was fixed by clearing the app data.
