When I change the complications on my watch face, it just shows a gray circle.

Hi @jclagreca, We recommend refreshing your Watchla app. You can do this within the iOS app by navigating to Preferences > Refresh App. Please ensure that Watchla is open on your watch during this process.

Thank you, but this has no effect. Still the same problem after doing it.

we recommend signing out of Watchla on both devices and signing back in.

Ok. I can try that. When when I sign out and back in, will I have to setup the key for my watch again in my tesla?

Hi @jclagreca, Yes you will need to set up a new Watch Key.

Same here. Complications not showing or updating no matter what. Greyed complications, sentry mode activated for car, so not in sleep. AW with aleays on enabled.

It looks you have big issues for a lot of weeks now. Connection even in app takes a lot, so I rather grab my phone, put it on charge if no battery, or even go inside the house and grab my keyfob.

Same here. All complications are blank. Very annoying.

Hi @cosmintoma, based on the support code you provided, you will need to update your devices to the latest version of Watchla, 3.8.3. Please reach back out if the issue persists after both devices have been updated.
