which CSK images to choose?

hello and thanks to all ISCE developers.
I started a research project for the monitoring of cultural heritage. I was able to get permission to request cosmo sky med csk images. I saw that there are different types of processing levels for Himage Stripmaps: 1A_SCSB 1A_SCSU 1B_DGM 1C_GEC 1D_GIC. I know ISCE uses SLC images but which of these layers should I use? there is a notebook?
