Provide Govee support

Govee are a popular low-cost alternative to Philips Hue. It would be great if PresenceLightt supported Govee natively.

Native support for the Govee lights.

Describe alternatives you've considered
PresenceLight does provide Custom API support, but this is too complicated for non-developers.

API keys are usually provided automatically, within a few minutes of a request.

Thanks for the issue! I unfortunately cannot support every smart light because of access to hardware. I would love to review a PR for this work, but cannot work on it at this time.
