Off mute at changing volume doesn't work with bluetooth headphones

I unchecked "Off mute at changing volume" in Settings > Main

So the volume is supposed to stay muted when changing volume

Unless you unmute it

It works perfectly on my laptop speaker

But when I use my bluetooth headphones suddenly it doesn't work

The volume is unmuted when changing volume

But when I switch back to my laptops speaker, it correctly works again

I confirm this problem too. I just tried it.

If I use the sound mute (in SysTray Volume2 context menu) when using BT headphones... and then subsequently call up/down the system master volume (I use the wheel set on my mouse for this purpose + hold the L.CTRL key), then the sound output automatically activates itself again (it should not activate and should remain muted).

However, when using PC speakers (without BT headphones) everything works OK.

BT headphones: JBL Tune 520L
