The line colors in the plots are currently just being assigned in descending order of being plotted, which means that the line color for a project is not consistent across plots. As these plots are meant to be viewed together and included in summary reports that's not helpful and probably actively bad. The color for each project should be determined in advance of any plotting (I would probably go with having the color be set in descending order of GitHub stars)
