First breakouts all the same topic? Based on comfort level. Maybe have more DwC rooms with leads who know and helpers’ job = write down question which can be sent to slack to get an answer, dont let ppl pick for the first go, even spread in rooms

  • Or etherpad if collab doc
  • Perception of “only one expert” bc they’ve only interacted w/one person (Abby) → by forcing people into different rooms, get more interaction with all our expert
