Create a user tutorial/walkthough script

When a new user logs into the Sandbox, they will be prompted to run a tutorial script that walks them through the steps to compile, configure, and run a model job (or whatever of the above we don't automate separately).

Once they've run the script, a flag will be written so they aren't prompted to run it again on subsequent logins.

Instead, they can run it manually from their home directory if desired.

There's a good tutorial script here. Walk through the README.md and see what about that guide.sh script you like/don't like and we can add menus and options to the tutorial.

It makes the up-take of where the files for the models are easier and also familiarizes the users with the environment.

I like the look of that tutorial and would be fine with something similar for our sandbox.
