Dear Development Team,

We got tvc hotfix (v.5.8.17) for our lab's v5.8 torrent server via custom support, but on tvc_standalone release page it still have the old v5.8.0 tarball. Can you upload newer version of TVC standalone tarball to the above release page? Thank you.
