This is likely due to the binning. Maybe not a problem, but we need to understand what's happening

I checked the binning function in bam2, I didn't see an obvious bug in it.

Could you tell me where the bam1's binning function is? I want to compare those two binning functions to make sure.

I think the bam1 binning is here but not 100% sure: https://github.com/iobio/bam.iobio.io/blob/bfd3b485d5b08ae3011c016a2790329622bb8de0/client/app/components/viz/MultiMinibarChart.vue#L150

Let me know if that doesn't look like it.
