Add information about ideas from InterSystems Ideas implemented by application submitted on OEX

Hi everybody!

I propose to add special fields for information about an idea from InterSystems Ideas to the description of the application placed on OEX.

Sure not all applications implement ideas, but now there are already 20 of such applications, so, in my point of view, such information inside the description makes sense.

This information can be added to the following fields (maybe not all but at least some of them):

Show only to select only the applications which implement ideas.

2. List of tags ("InterSystems Ideas") - in case the list of tags differs from the list of tags available on DC. In case list of tags is the same, there is already an "InterSystems Ideas" tag in DC.
   

3. Dependencies - link to the implemented idea with the idea's author
   

4. If possible add a link to implemented ideas to the right bar with information about the application
   

5. Not sure about the structure of the application's description that is proposed to developers, but in case exists some typical structure field "implemented idea" can be added there as optional.

6. Status of implementation can be "declared" when provided by the developer and then "confirmed" when experts confirm that the application implements an idea. In case experts don't confirm it then the link to the idea will be deleted.
