Angled brackets are not properly rendered in Slack App code preview

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Send a slack message with this link
- https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/blob/master/types/node/events.d.ts#L103
Notice that angled brackets are not properly rendered

Expected behavior
Angled brackets are properly rendered in the slack preview

Looks like this was reported over a year ago: #1626, and again in #1872

Would be great to have this fixed, it's so painful to read JSX, TypeScript, etc. currently.
