Option to subscribe to draft release notes

In our deployment flow, we use draft releases to help highlight changes that are staged and would go out into a production release.

I would want to specify that I want to subscribe to (only) draft releases

Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently use github actions to post draft releases to a specific channel, but i prefer to have this done through the GitHub app instead
