Integration issue with Slack

I am having trouble with notifications from the GitHub App within Slack on my channels.

The GitHubb App itself in Slack is receiving the intended notifications from my organization's private repo (Friction-Free-Dental/FFD-M1), but the specific channels are not receiving the notifications (one is a private channel, the other is a public channel, but both channels are confirmed to be subscribed to the repo and should be receiving the same notifications that the GitHub App is receiving already in Slack).

(I also have a GitHub Support ticket #3032577 open for this issue).
