GitHub Actions seems to clean up docker install on completion

Hi,

This is perhaps a misunderstanding on my side. I've installed successfully Docker on an AWS EC2 instance using GitHub Actions. Then, when I log to the instance in question, the docker folder cannot be found (docker command cannot be found). Does GitHub Actions clean up the instance once the job is run?
