Subscribe Pulls also brings other default features

/github subscribe [org/repo] pulls

For the first time integration I am expecting this command to only subscribe to pulls but it brings other default features as well and I do not really want to

/github unsubscribe [org/repo] deployments releases commits issues

for every project. What am I doing wrong?
