🛠️ [TASK] : User Input Component - Dropdown Selection

Summary

As a proposer, I need to be able to select from a dropdown, so I can provide structured information about my proposal.

Use Cases:

• Project Duration

Acceptance Criteria

• Default value shown as placeholder until user selection is made. Should be clear what is default vs user input
• In editing mode, user can click dropdown to see all options. Clicking one updates the selection and collapses the dropdown.
• In edit mode, default value should be "none selected yet" or similar, so that user must make a selection before hitting save (@seankdesigns can we show this in designs please. let's get expanded dropdown added as well)
